We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identity & Contact Data: Name, email address.
  • Usage Data: Prompts submitted to skills, page views, response generations, and system logs.
  • Subscription Data: Status of subscription, billing records, and payment success tokens.

4. Processors Used

To deliver our services securely and efficiently, we share your data with trusted third-party service providers (data processors) who act under strict confidentiality instructions:

  • Supabase: For user authentication, profile storage, and platform database. All core data is stored on secure European servers.
  • Stripe: For payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe handles billing details in a fully compliant, secure manner.

5. Retention Period

We retain your personal data for the active duration of your subscription. Following the termination of your subscription, we store transactional and contract-related information for an additional 5 years to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations under Portuguese law.

As a data subject residing in the EU, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of Access: Obtain confirmation on whether we process your data and receive a copy of it.
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
