Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Chief OS platform, provided by Júlio Quintela operating as Chief OS, contactable at julio@julioquintela.com.

2. Service Description

Chief OS is a premium, subscription-based, AI-powered platform designed to assist C-Level executives and managers with strategic skills drafting, thinking frameworks, risk assessment, and professional development content generation.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer two self-renewing subscription plans:

• Monthly Membership: Charged at €49 per month, auto-renewing every 30 days.
• Annual Membership: Charged at €499 per year, auto-renewing every 365 days.

All prices are in Euros (€) and are processed via our secure payment gateway partner, Stripe. By initiating a subscription, you authorize Stripe to automatically charge your selected payment method on the cycle corresponding to your choice.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is managed entirely through your self-service Account Settings dashboard within Chief OS. Once cancelled, your premium access will continue undisturbed until the end of the currently active billing period, after which it will expire and auto-renewals will cease.

5. Refund Policy (Digital Exception)

Due to the digital, instantly fully-delivered nature of the AI skills provided upon activation, we do not offer refunds, credits, or partial-month adjustments.

In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese consumer protection laws concerning digital content, your right to cancel or obtain a refund during the standard 14-day window ceases immediately once performance of the digital content delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, along with all agreements and services connected to Chief OS, are governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese Law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Portuguese courts.

7. Service Limitations & Liability

Chief OS is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for the highest calibre of AI generation, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial performance, or exact factual correctness. The platform provides strategic drafts to assist your professional assessment, but the final judgment and ultimate execution remain entirely your responsibility.

8. Modification & Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, adjust pricing for, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We commit to providing a minimum of 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers via email prior to any major service changes or price adjustments taking effect.
